Duties Include: Compiling evidence in support of a claim Evaluating the merits of a claim Identifying legal and medical issues Calculating appropriate damages Drafting a schedule of loss Drafting statements Instructing and liaising with medical experts Instructing and liaising with Counsel Communicating and negotiating with Defendant Solicitors Communicating with clients Complying with Civil Procedure Rules and Court directions Providing guidance and support to junior fee earners Identifying, building, and nurturing contacts to promote the development of work type Leading structured business development initiatives to generate referrals and build connections Ideal Candidate: 10 years PQE Dedication to providing excellent client service.
