We have an excellent opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join the team at the Woodlands Event Centre, a 120 bedroom venue with a 250-seater restaurant, 2 full-service bars, and a 320-seater banqueting space. The person we are looking for needs to be a great communicator, have exceptional customer service skills, and a strong background in problem-solving and multi-tasking. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn all front-of-house aspects of our business and become an expert in all areas. The key focus of the role will be on operational standards, working with our guests and group organisers to ensure their events are a success.
