Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a Registered Nurse with experience in an endoscopy setting. You will deliver Endoscopy services for our static site in Bicester to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
* Provide assistance pre/during/post diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
* Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients to ensure delivery of a high standard of care.
* Support the senior clinical team, demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff.
* Participate in the decontamination, traceability and care of endoscopes and other specialised equipment used within the endoscopy unit.
* Taking part in clinical audits.
* Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Shifts are 8am - 6pm / 4 days a week / flexibility for weekends which will be done on a rota to ensure it is fair and flexible.
