This role involves building relationships, promoting apprenticeship offerings, and coordinating recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent administrative and IT skills, capable of supporting the recruitment and selection of apprentices in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key feeder schools, colleges, and related organisations. Coordinate and promote career events to effectively showcase the Technology Centre and apprenticeship opportunities. Represent Make UK Apprentice and Skills at career events to attract and recruit the agreed number of apprentices annually. Maintain and enhance the online recruitment systems, ensuring smooth operations. Manage apprenticeship vacancy records, liaising with company representatives and internal staff to ensure accurate data entry. Develop and manage internal and external databases, ensuring compliance with Employment Law and the Data Protection Act. Create marketing materials, apprentice directories, and reports, ensuring they meet the agreed budgets and timelines. Assist in assessment events, including selection testing, activities, and interviews. Track applications and vacancies, liaising with companies, applicants, and training providers. Provide accurate and timely reporting of figures and statistics. Knowledge & Experience: Proven ability to manage data input, generate reports, and manipulate data accurately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to present information clearly and professionally. Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles, ideally within education or recruitment. Experience working in a customer-facing role. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external clients.
