Their vibrant office is just a short walk from Richmond train station.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n Here, you will be the backbone of their office, supporting the VP in various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nOffice Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.\nCalendar Coordination: Manage the Vice President's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.\nCommunication Hub: Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external partners.\nDocument Management: Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail.\nEvent Planning: Assist in organising company events, meetings, and team-building activities that brings their culture to life!\nBudget Oversight: Help manage office budgets and keep track of expenses.
\n\nWho You Are:\n They are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a proactive approach to their work.
