Ensure compliance with client KPIs. Liaise with engineers, Helpdesk staff, and the supply chain to resolve material issues and update job statuses. Raise jobs, order materials, and check them. Assist with checking engineers' job sheets for materials and additional costs. Create spreadsheets, update Coins, and handle costing for invoicing. Assist with internal and client reporting. Work with the Helpdesk Manager to raise subcontractor orders and produce planned maintenance quotes/tenders. Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Experience in the construction industry, particularly working with engineers. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in using job management software.
