This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Cultural Participation Team Programme, ensuring effective delivery of our Heritage and Library projects. For more information about our team and this role please visit https://www.cultureleicestershire.co.uk/get-involved/jobs/ Main duties and responsibilities include: Monitoring and management of the team’s budgets and external funding, including preparing reports, drawdowns, forecasting, end of year processes etc. Development and delivery of the team’s communications strategy, including press releases, marketing and promotion, design and exhibitions and our social media campaigns Co-ordinate and collate all evaluation material and present the data in forms appropriate to a range of diverse audiences Management and development of the Culture Leicestershire website and digital work, acting as key liaison for the internal and external web teams. Build new processes and information management infrastructure according to emerging need and provide training to team members to support them it its use Management of the Participation Team Assistant to best support the work of the team including developing and guiding their work streams and managing priorities across projects and between staff Management of the day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders, suppliers and participants Please note this role is a job share. About You To apply for this post, you must: Level 3 qualification plus post-qualification experience Experience of working with internal and external partners, stakeholders, suppliers, and participants Relevant experience of complex information management, quantitative and qualitative data evaluation and interpretation and reporting Experience of managing and monitoring budgets and able to interpret financial information Experience in website management and delivery Knowledge of social media and digital formats of documentation Excellent oral and written presentation skills You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
