MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their HR Team with a HR Administrator based at our head office in Hattersley for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for providing support to the Central HR Team and you will report dire ctly to the Senior HR Advisor. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring all filing is kept up to date and that personnel files are compliant with best practice. Respond to telephone and email queries General HR Administration. I.E administration of letters. Update absence/sickness/leave records, ensuring all relevant sickness certifications are received Be responsible for the probation review process Processing of employee bonuses Support and assist HR Business Partners/Advisors on a day to day basis Liaising with the Health and Safety team with scheduling of Site Medicals Processing of employee references in line with GDPR Maintain data on the HR database and other business systems. Maintain close links with payroll to monthly payroll cut off deadlines. Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required with the general level of responsibility of this role In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and MWH Treatment as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships.
