The Role: Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Retentions Advisor. You will effectively retain customers by handling objections, resolving customer issues, and supporting disconnected customers to ensure a seamless customer journey, all while maintaining exemplary customer service standards. If you are looking to make a difference, thrive in a growing business and share our ambition, we would love to hear from you As our Retentions Advisor your key responsibilities will be: Managing Customer retention activity (inbound and outbound calls): to reduce the number of cancellations and disconnections through objection handling and resolving customer issues Supporting with disconnections and notifying the field sales team of any opportunity to drive sales through re-connections Supporting the customer service team with service tickets Supporting customers with arranging the transfer of their services when moving home to make it a seamless experience What you’ll bring to toob: Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different customers and conversations where needed A target-driven person who is motivated to win customers.
