Pertemps are a leading recruitment agency and are currently looking for two Recruitment Resourcers within Northern Ireland. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team due to business growth. We are recruiting for Recruitment Resourcers to work within an established, fast-paced team.
About you:
You should have an excellent customer manner with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be professional in your approach. You should have a good working knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel) and be comfortable with learning new bespoke systems and processes. You must be a strong team player and be able to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively.
As a Resourcing Consultant, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Working collaboratively with colleagues on recruitment tasks
2. Writing and posting job advertisements
3. Sifting through job applications
4. Contacting suitable candidates and referring them on to Recruitment Consultants
5. Arranging meetings and calls as required
6. Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process by various means
7. Updating records and databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy
8. Completing relevant compliance checks in accordance with policies and procedures
9. Responding to queries from candidates
10. Managing a busy mailbox and directing emails to the relevant person(s)
11. Supporting the team with any other tasks as required
Key information:
1. Working 5 days over 7, 08:30 - 17:00
2. Up to £27,000 and commission available
3. Fixed term contract
4. Starting ASAP!
