This role includes overseeing and growing our franchise business, Total Clean St Albans, with a strong focus on both operational support and sales-driven business development. You will play a key role in shaping, reviewing, and refining our commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new business sales, successfully closing deals that meet ROI targets. We’re seeking a strategic thinker who can identify and develop new opportunities, enhance client value, and thrive in a B2B sales environment. Main responsibilities Lead and develop our Total Clean Franchise Act as the main point of contact for the business Conduct regular audit reviews Assist in business planning, operational efficiency and customer retention Lead generation, writing proposals and tenders Onboard new cleaning operatives Scope out potential for and develop new streams of income generation Skills and experience Experienced in project or business planning Proven track record of generating revenue through new business development Line managment experience Organised, innovative and enthusiastic Experience of writing bids and proposals Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills What are the benefits?
