We are looking to recruit a Team Manager - Looked After Children within the Social Care industry in Luton.
Responsibilities include:
1. Working with the manager to identify and focus on looked after and care leavers cases that are high risk.
2. Quality assurance of cases.
3. Quality assurance of systems and processes.
4. Good knowledge of current legislation.
5. Auditing of cases.
6. Ability to build multi-agency teams around the child.
7. Delivery of ambitious but realistic plans for children.
8. Child centred practices which include direct work and participation.
9. Supervise a number of professional staff.
Experience preferred:
Experience of working as a Team Manager in a Looked After Children's Team within the UK Social Care industry.

Minimum requirements:
1. 3 years' post qualifying experience in a similar role within the UK.
2. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
3. Eligibility to work in the UK.
4. DipSW/CQSW equivalent.
