Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
* Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
* Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
* Collaborate with the head chef to plan and execute menu changes and promotions
