Job Summary: Altus is looking for an experienced and results-orientated Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our enterprise-level client partnerships. In this senior role, you will focus on identifying and closing new business opportunities with high-profile prospective clients in line with Altus’ growth objectives. This position requires a visionary approach to business development and a strong track record of winning new business. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement strategies that foster long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Growth Strategy: Target and secure enterprise-level partnerships to accelerate Altus’ growth trajectory. Develop and execute tailored strategies to attract new enterprise clients. Optimize relationships with existing enterprise clients to drive growth and ensure long-term partnership value. Strategic Business Planning & Execution: Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and implement strategies that support Altus’ enterprise growth objectives. Identify new market opportunities for large-scale partnerships and strategic business expansion. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure the alignment of business development strategies and seamless execution. Market Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry. Leverage data and insights to assess the effectiveness of enterprise strategies, optimizing performance to maximize ROI. Partnership Negotiation & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise clients, fostering long-term partnerships that deliver mutual value. Negotiate complex partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Altus' strategic objectives and growth targets. Represent Altus at key industry events and conferences, enhancing brand presence and driving new business opportunities. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor enterprise program performance, with a focus on growth, conversion, and ROI metrics. Present detailed reports to senior management, providing insights into the status of partnerships and overall business development efforts. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, particularly in securing enterprise clients or managing large-scale partnerships. B2B sales experience, with a history of managing full sales cycles and driving revenue growth. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at the executive level. Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, able to engage senior leadership and contribute to high-level business discussions. Experience in affiliate marketing and partnership development is a plus, but not essential.
