Our client based in Skipton is looking to recruit a Financial Controller on a 12-month contract covering Maternity Leave.

Duties:
1. Pulling accounts together for the 3 sites: London showroom, factory in Skegness, and Skipton.
2. Supervising an accounts administrator.
3. Handle all the queries and check everything has been posted in the right place.
4. Accounts Assistant does all the processing but may exculpate credit control queries etc.
5. Will be running the payroll for circa 60 monthly; end-to-end payroll experience would be beneficial.
6. Reporting to the MD; wants someone he can trust and rely on to run reports and commentary.
Key requirements:
1. Ideally have Sage 200 knowledge.
2. Must have good Microsoft Excel skills; at a minimum, formula and data manipulation. VLOOKUPs, macros, and pivots would be ideal for reporting.
Hours:
1. Part-time, 3 full days or reduced hours over 5, circa 22.5 hours.
2. Need to fit into a small team, all office-based, no hybrid, not sector-specific.
Salary: £25k.
