In order to master in this role, you have:
* Solid experience in strategic consulting, customer-centric business development or other relevant area of consulting with the ability to create an impact that will take future businesses forward
* A good understanding of our customers’ business and strategy and the ability to work as the trusted advisor for your customers, adding value in each encounter
* Excellent business acumen and a strong strategic and commercial approach to develop existing customer relationships and discover new opportunities
* Ability to fluently communicate service offerings and link these directly to customers’ key performance indicators
* Track record of successfully delivering strategic transformation work for customers with demonstrated results and impact
* Experience in framing and overseeing projects and taking a holistic responsibility that ensures world class final deliverables
* Inbuilt leadership skills and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills
* A genuine interest for constant personal development
* Fluent English skills
* Passion to work in a creatively driven agency environment
