We’re looking for high-energy, results-driven sales professionals to join our Lead Generation Team, focused on engaging construction business owners and decision-makers. Your role is to identify, qualify, and generate high-value leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Cold Outreach
o Proactively contact construction business owners via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email.
o Introduce Subby’s solution, highlight key benefits, and engage decision-makers.
2. Lead Qualification
o Hold meaningful conversations to understand potential customers’ CIS payroll challenges and compliance risks.
o Pre-qualify leads to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile before passing them to the sales team.
3. Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management
o Book high-quality meetings between construction firms and our sales team.
o Manage a steady pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring the team always has strong prospects to close.
4. CRM & Data Management
o Keep detailed records of all interactions within our CRM system.
o Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
5. Industry Knowledge & Sales Best Practices
o Stay informed on construction industry trends, CIS payroll regulations, and compliance risks.
o Continuously refine outreach strategies based on market insights and lead response rates.
