We have an exciting opportunity within Strategy and Governance for a Compliance Officer to join our team.
This is a new and exciting role for someone with the passion, energy and vision for developing and maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance across the organisation.
The role will report directly to the Governance and Compliance Manager, and the remit of this role will include leading on compliance across the organisation and ensuring that SLLC has the highest standards of governance in meeting regulatory and legislative standards and best practice.
The post involves planning, policy, compliance, information governance, internal auditing, business analysis and reporting across the organisation, and you will provide support to the Governance and Compliance Manager to ensure that these meet the ambitions and standards set by SLLC.
You will have a demonstrable track record of accomplishment in Compliance within a multifaceted organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a resilient self-starter and thinker with the energy, positive attitude and passion for developing governance and compliance across the organisation with warmth, friendliness and individual pride.
