Night Coordinator Role at The Copse

Role Overview:
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will lead and manage the quality of nursing care during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations. You will be a key member of the operational management team, supporting nurses, senior nurses, and clinical teams across The Copse. Your responsibilities include leading clinical duties, maintaining quality and safety, providing supervision and training to junior staff, and supporting online training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing nursing leadership and support during night shifts
* Undertaking clinical supervision and training
* Managing budget and staffing allocations, including redeployments and premium staff
* Collaborating with the on-site staff coordinator for staffing needs
* Providing reports and statistics to senior management
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant experience as RMN, RNMH, or RNLD
* First-level nurse with ongoing professional development
* Awareness of the healthcare economy and political environment
* Proven leadership skills in a clinical setting
