International Finance Administrator

Do you have strong analytical skills and a background in finance? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for an International Finance Administrator to join our dynamic International Finance team.
About the Role
You will report to the International Delivery Finance Manager and help prepare and finalise international sample data and financial accounts with foreign postal operators. You will support the broader team and potentially include working across multiple teams in Shared Services, Payables, International & Receivables.
You will also:
• Manage international final delivery costs, including terminal dues accounting, parcels land rates, and EMS accounts.
• Reconcile and create sampling data and accounts with foreign administrations.
• Ensure compliance with SoX controls.
• Reconcile international balance sheet codes and provide variance commentary.
• Liaise with foreign administrations to finalise statements and accounts.
• Work with International Operations to ensure accurate data processing.
• Collaborate with HCL to resolve data issues in accounting systems.
About You
• AAT part/Qualified preferred or willing to take up application.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and the desire to delve into problems.
• Track record of reviewing and implementing process improvements.
• Monthly Reconciliation
• Effective organisational skills to manage priorities, work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Able to work across different functions to identify and fix problems.
• Good team skills, a desire to coach others and share knowledge, and to strive to help the team achieve all set targets.
