6 month fixed term with possibility of extension Responsibilities Support users with full integration process. Building and rebuilding devices to correct Windows 11 specifications. Providing excellent communication with users and building relationships Troubleshooting Windows 11 issues and supporting users through these Providing feedback to project co-ordinator and project team Attending team calls and collaborating on best practices Offering ideas and solutions to improve workflows Completing project documentation across various platforms including Management Studio Competent in a range of software and systems including but not limited to Tech Tool Bar, Control up and Citrix Providing post migration support to users Supporting the Project team on various tasks and pilots Completing Technical support/Deskside queries if required Supporting the Tech hub if required Working collaboratively with colleagues across EMEA Understanding the full life cycle process and completing End of Life (EOL) procedures Using Microsoft co-pilot to increase productivity and performance Working proactively alongside Level 3 colleagues to troubleshoot issues and find permanent solutions Working towards weekly/monthly targets and sticking to tight deadlines Supporting outside of normal working hours if required (Agreed in advance to help on projects) Requirements: Excellent proven track record supporting clients in a financial environment Excellent proven customer service based approach Proven ability to prioritize tasks and issues according to the business impact Good written and verbal communication skills Good time management skills Able to work in a high pressure environment Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Ability to work autonomously and within team Flexible and proactive with a "will do' attitude Takes responsibility and follows through on issues to closure and root cause resolution Demonstrable desire to achieve
