Adhere to the Company's policies and procedures, and site Assignment Instructions, when approved and placed on site. Ensure the proper and accurate completion of all reports, records and required documentation Carry out regular patrols to ensure the protection of buildings and property from burglary or damage by fire, water, or the effects of bad weather. Adhere to Company and customer health and safety policies and procedures, particularly in accordance with site risk assessments. To call emergency services as required by Assignment Instructions, and give assistance to the Police where necessary Monitor CCTV/Lectern where applicable Carry out Arrests as per principals of ASCONE Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain SIA standards in relation to code of conduct. Assist and advise Management of any matters affecting security within the location Understand and carry out conflict resolution as specified by the company Provide support, guidance and information to all colleagues, customers, and contractors. Any ad hoc duties as may be required by the company About You: Applicants must have the right to work in the Uk SIA Licence (Door Guard) is ESSENTIAL Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Good communication skills - Fluent in English both written and oral Excellent attention to detail Ability to work with CCTV systems Must be able to provide clear and a complete work history including references Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work flexible hours as required by the company Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative. Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks. Ability to follow policy and procedures.
