Marketing Co-ordination Manager
Location: York (hybrid)
Salary: £38,000
We're working with a software company seeking a Marketing Co-ordination Manager. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone with 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a related field with people management experience.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing operations, including managing leads and related processes, handling marketing inboxes and email enquiries, co-ordinating Marketing Development Funds, organising logistics and setups for events and exhibitions, and providing leadership in people management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee addition, assignment, and tracking of marketing leads through the pipeline.
2. Implement and optimise processes to ensure efficient lead management.
3. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
4. Monitor and manage marketing inboxes for timely responses to enquiries.
5. Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer inquiries effectively.
6. Ensure the maintenance of professional communication standards.
7. Oversee all aspects of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) processes.
8. Manage MDF portals and ensure compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
9. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise MDF utilisation.
10. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute events and exhibitions.
11. Manage logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, and transportation.
12. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
13. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Marketing Co-ordinators.
14. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
15. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in marketing co-ordination or related roles.
2. Experience with lead management and reporting.
3. Experience with setup, management, and running of events, webinars, and exhibitions.
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
5. Experience with MDF claims processing and online portal management.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
10. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
11. Leadership experience and team management skills.
