This role is to work within our online retail business, Manage At Home.
About the role
As the Customer Services Advisor for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd, Manage At Home, you will be involved with providing sales conversion, customer service and administration support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Provide excellent customer support for all phone and email enquiries
* Help meet challenging monthly sales targets
* Liaise with suppliers to acquire stock and delivery information
* Respond to Live Chat web enquiries
* Prepare quotations and invoices
* Respond to email, contact forms and catalogue requests
* Arrange installations, rentals and special delivery requests
* Process product returns and list clearance items on website
* Process VAT relief requests
* Help with picking, packing and despatch of customer orders when required
* Undertake administrative tasks as required by line manager

Qualifications and experience required
* Some experience in a customer service focussed role within a similar industry is desirable.
* IT and Microsoft Office proficient.
