What’s Involved?
As a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie at this hotel, you will work as part of a talented team of 4 chefs, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for the hotel's main restaurant as well as their C&B trade.
You will assist with the training of any junior chefs working with you while also assisting senior chefs to develop new dishes for the menus, ensuring you work to a high standard of food hygiene at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients is essential for this role.
