Are you fed up of reading job adverts with corporate buzzwords and tired cliches like “dynamic and fast paced environment,” “self-starter with a can do attitude,” and “hit the ground running”?
Read on, because that's the sort of corporate jargon we’d like to put in the bin. Our colleagues tell us they love working at Stowe and we want to let everyone know. We are looking for someone who can create, share and amplify authentic stories about to join our People and Culture Team.

* Working with our Talent Acquisition team you will be instrumental in creating a consistent narrative around our EVP, including creating blogs and articles on our careers site, owning our candidate newsletter, building our presence on social media, in particular LinkedIn and TikTok, and supporting with lawyer networking events and opportunities.
* Collaborate with our marketing team and external PR agency (as required) to build a full 360 plan for our EVP, ensuring all content is aligned with the wider Stowe Brand strategy.
* Reporting to the Head of Culture and Communications you will become an integral part of our People and Culture Team, building close relationships with Marketing as well as our legal teams.
About you
* You will have proven experience in the creation of compelling content, likely through a marketing, employer brand, or communications role.
* Excellent written and spoken English, with proven skills in writing content for different audiences.
* Skills and experience in video creation and editing.
* You will have an appreciation for the value of employee engagement and EVP, able to create a seamless link between the two.
* Ability to manage your own workload and work with changing priorities.
* Experience of managing LinkedIn and creating content for different media.
* Creative thinker, always looking for new and different ways to share what it means to work at Stowe.
