SEN Teaching Assistant - What the Role Involves:
1. Providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with behavioural difficulties.
2. Helping to implement behaviour strategies and encourage classroom participation.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Who We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, behaviour mentor, or pastoral support worker.
2. A psychology graduate or someone with a strong interest in child development and SEN.
3. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
4. An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one via Reeson Education.
