Our client are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team near Wroxham. Key Responsibilities: Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of electrical and mechanical equipment. Diagnosing and resolving faults in machinery, including electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies. Supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Responding promptly to breakdowns to reduce production downtime. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation. Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement improvements.Requirements: Proven experience in a similar maintenance engineering role within manufacturing, production, or a related environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. Competency in diagnosing faults in PLCs, motors, drives, and control systems is desirable. Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and other mechanical systems. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
