The Role: We are seeking a highly organised Payroll Administrator to join our People Function. You will play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, handling payroll queries, and ensuring compliance with tax and pension regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to develop their career in payroll within a fast-growing company. This is a part time, fixed term contract for 12 months. Working 22.5 hours over 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Collate payroll information and input data into company systems. Ensure accurate and timely processing of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions. Maintain compliance with tax laws, pension contributions, and company policies. Keep employee payroll records up to date, including bank details and tax codes. Handle payroll-related queries from employees and investigate discrepancies. Prepare and submit reports to management and external agencies (e.g., HMRC, pension providers). Communicate with other departments regarding payroll matters. Ensure compliance with auto-enrolment pension regulations. Submit FPS data to HMRC on a weekly/monthly basis and pension data accordingly. Provide general administrative support within the People Function. What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience: Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Some knowledge of payroll systems (desirable but not essential). Awareness of tax, National Insurance, and pension contribution regulations (desirable but not essential). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll integration is a plus. Why Join Us?
