What you will do in your working day
Logistics is a key focus for our global business, with our suppliers and customers being based around the world. The role of Logistics is booming across all industries as global markets become increasingly important. Develop your potential in a fast-paced environment, working on planning, shipping, and sales of high-end technology products. Gain a rounded knowledge of the Logistics Department by spending time working with and supporting Production Planning, Customer Planning, Incoming Materials and Warehousing teams. Process customs documentation, ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders. Process customer debits notes, where a customer issues ZF with a complaint. Where applicable, investigate the complaint and implement a countermeasure. Support Planners in their role. Support Material Controllers. Support Supply Chain and Procurement.
The training you will be getting
Full Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. All training to be delivered at the employers premises. Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Possibility of full time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
