These hardwearing products are being used internationally, and we are seeking a highly organised and driven Project Administrator to join the team. OVERVIEW: As a Senior Project Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, insurance, and logistics aspects of the projects. You will ensure smooth operations by managing import/export documentation, coordinating warehouse storage, and handling international deliveries. Your expertise in global supply chain management will be crucial in ensuring efficiency and compliance with international trade regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial & Insurance Management: Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Handle project-related insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage. Work closely with finance teams to process invoices, payments, and contracts. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage import/export documentation to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding for Europe and Asia projects. Source and negotiate with warehouse providers for efficient storage and distribution. Oversee scheduling and tracking of deliveries to project sites. Project Administration: Maintain accurate records of all project documentation and correspondence. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in project administration, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade compliance. Experience in warehouse sourcing and inventory management. Familiarity with financial and insurance administration related to project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Project Administration. Experience working on international projects with multi-country logistics operations.
