* Sales & Stock Generation: Creative opportunities to attract new customers/supporters every day.
* Management of Staff and Volunteers: Lead in recruiting, training, managing, and supporting volunteers for effective shop operation.
* Administration: Ensure all financial reporting, cash handling, daily banking, and security procedures are followed.
