Crieff High School
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Technician Team at Crieff High School.
Working as a whole school General Assistant you will support the teaching staff and pupils with a particular focus on Home Economics and the Faculty of Design.
About the School
Crieff High School currently has a roll of approximately 630 young people. Working together we strive to help all young people be the best they can. We aim to provide a positive learning environment for pupils and staff and our school vision is “A rights respecting school that nurtures, encourages and inspires young people to be the best they can be.”
Crieff High School can be found in the heart of Strathearn, and our School is part of Strathearn Community Campus. With many different partners operating from the campus including, Live Active Leisure and Culture Perth and Kinross, the opportunities available to both pupils and staff are well received. Our school catchment covers a wide area of beautiful landscapes and is a short commute from both Perth and Stirling of 30-40 minutes.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will need to be well organised and have excellent time management skills.
The successful candidate should also ideally possess:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent work ethic, be self-motivated and proactive.
* Supportive team member skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
* Ability to work on your own and with others.
* Food Hygiene experience would be advantageous.
Full training will be provided, but we require a positive attitude and a commitment to providing a first-class service to both pupils and colleagues.
