Civica CX | Customisation | Configuration | Implementation | Social Housing
Civica CX Configuration consultants required, to help a social housing provider with the implementation of all modules. This person doesn’t need to know all modules, as they’ll be joining a team of technical resource as well as PM/BA resource.
The role can either be a 2 year FTC to see the implementation from start to finish, or a Permanent role.
Role: Civica CX Configuration Consultant
Salary: £Negotiable – organisation are willing to hear what people have been paid for that current roles and offer an attractive salary in response. Confirmation of salary expectations will be determined pre-interview
Location: Remote with occasional travel during key stages of the implementation

The essential skills & experience for this role are:
* Proven experience working with Civica CX
* Strong understanding of Civica CX configuration and setup.
* Experience in customer-facing roles, providing consultation and solution delivery.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and technical issues effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of system integrations and workflows.

The team is quite geographically disbursed, meaning the role will largely be remote.
