Our client is a dynamic and well-known organisation, committed to delivering exceptional service within the leisure/hospitality sector. As a leader in their field, they are constantly looking at improving their commercial offering and are currently looking to hire a Commercial Partnerships Manager to help drive new customer acquisition.

Role & Responsibilities:
This is an end to end role where you will play an important part in driving new guest acquisition through various partnership channels, including travel agents, meta-search, affiliates and direct commercial partnerships. This position is integral in shaping the future of the brand expansion by optimising the commercial strategy and increasing brand reach. The role offers the chance to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver on key business objectives. You'll work closely with the digital team and report into the Head of Digital Analytics.
* Driving guest acquisition: leading efforts to acquire new guests through key partnerships and channels
* Maximising ROI: identifying, testing and optimising opportunities to improve return on investment through creative ad campaigns and incremental volume generation.
* Collaboration across teams: Working closely with teams such as Digital Content, Revenue Management, Brand & Campaigns, and external partners to ensure seamless strategy execution.
* Budget and performance management: Overseeing and optimising the partnership budget, including setting targets, reporting, and identifying savings or investment opportunities.
* Continual improvement: Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure the effectiveness of partnership strategies.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in managing commercial partnerships within digital marketing for the purpose of customer acquisition
* The client is also open to someone coming from a broader digital marketing acquisition role who is interested in getting into partnerships
* Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting, including Google Analytics 4 and other performance tools.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for partnership activities.
