Clinical Negligence Associate – Remote
My client is a specialist firm in clinical negligence and personal injury, and they are looking to bring in a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their growing team. This role is essentially a fully remote role with one day in the office per month.
In the role, you will be managing a mixed caseload that will include high value, complex matters such as birth, brain, and spinal injuries. You will also get involved in business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have previous claimant clinical negligence experience either managing or assisting a caseload. Those from a defendant background looking to get into claimant work will also be considered.
Salary for the role will be £55,000 DOE plus a 12% annual bonus. Other benefits include 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and an 8% pension, to name a few. The offices you will attend once per month are based in the northwest, but travel and accommodation will be paid for.
