Responsibilities:
As a Design and Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards to meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements:
* Leading design projects from concept through to production, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
* Developing and implementing quality assurance protocols to maintain product excellence.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve design and quality issues.
* Conducting rigorous testing and analysis to validate product performance and reliability.
* Utilising CAD software for design modifications and improvements.
* Preparing detailed documentation and reports for design reviews and quality assessments.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
What we're Looking For:
We seek a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a passion for design and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a design and quality engineering role, ideally in manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
* Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
