MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in the food preparation & menus for both our Muddy Oar bar and Gallery Kitchen Restaurant.
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights ensuring that every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.
* Preparing ingredients and menus in collaboration with the Sous Chef and Head Chef
* Assisting with food preparation for our outdoor catering facilities.
* Pride in maintaining standards of cleanliness and food/drink safety.
* Setting up and serving food at events/ conferences.
* Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or reasonable management requests when required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Professional Kitchen experience desirable, but not essential as full hands-on training will be provided.
