As a Principal Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming patient care by:
* Designing and Building: Dive into the intricacies of Epic EPR applications, contributing to their design, build, and testing.
* Creating Impactful Training: Develop comprehensive training packages and materials that empower end users with the knowledge they need.
* Delivering Excellence: Lead engaging training sessions and support the End-User Training team to ensure successful adoption of Epic EPR.
What You'll Bring
* Expert Training Skills: Proven experience in delivering training to large groups in a digital environment.
* Learning Design Mastery: Expertise in learning theories, techniques, and needs assessment to create top-notch training resources.
* Organisational Savvy: Outstanding organisational and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The Principal Trainer will work with Application Coordinators and Senior Application Coordinators to assist in the design and build of the assigned modules, thus becoming competent to design and deliver high quality training packages for those modules.
You will work within the Cardiology (Cupid) application as part of the One Devon Implementation team using your expert knowledge of cardiology pathways and processes to ensure the Epic EPR system is configured in a way that will deliver clinically safe patient care.
As part of the Implementation team you will be expected to work with colleagues from across the Programme Team and the wider One Devon organisations to ensure a truly collaborative and aligned implementation.
