Job summary We are welcoming a new recruit to the wider Urgent and Emergency Care administrative team. The wider team consists of highly qualified Medical, Nursing, AHP colleagues, which work together with the administrative service to provide high quality care for our patients. They will be primarily responsible for supporting the work of a highly effective and involved clinical leadership team. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the smooth running of the Department along with their high performing colleagues. Main duties of the job To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Emergency Department and all of the Departments Clinical Leads. Working alongside the Emergency Department's Secretaries, the post holder will provide an administrative support service to the Urgent Care Lead Nurse & all Clinical Leads, as well as other health care professionals within the Emergency Department to ensure service objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. The post holder works with the Admin Team and must show high standards of professionalism. The post holder also acts as Ambassador for the department and works closely with external organisations and other Health Care Providers.
