We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Timetable officer to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Regional Director of Education, this role can be based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick or from home / remote working.
The Campus timetable is a foundation of the Learning to Learn Framework, placing teachers and students into the correct cycle of The Lesson and The Study across the curriculum, and driving the operational and financial efficiency of the Campus.
The Regional Timetable Officer will construct, deliver and maintain a timetable for the 23 Campuses in the UK, that fully aligns with global policy and KPIs.
The post holder must maintain a high standard of communication and rapport-building with all stakeholders to build a positive culture around the central timetabling process. Whilst at the same time remaining impartial from individual Campuses and Departments, and assertive about process and expectations.
The Regional Timetable Officer will provide analytical data and explanations to the Regional Manager Director and Regional Director Education and work alongside and support Regional Data Manager
This role requires a high degree of capability in data analysis and problem solving, along with proficient use of multiple software applications to include MS Excel and Bromcom.
About You
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Personally organised and an excellent communicator.
* Tertiary qualifications and/or 5+ years’ experience in a Timetable Officer role.
* Proven experience of problem solving within a multi-site organisation.
* A high degree of capability in data analysis, along with proficient use of multiple software applications to include Microsoft Excel and Bromcom.
* Through designing the timetable, and communicating with all stakeholders, to ensure:
o The OneSchool Global Learning to Learn Framework is implemented as the founding principle in all teaching and learning.
o The ethos, values and positive culture of OneSchool Global are maintained within every Campus.

Key responsibilities:
* Use specialist timetable software and relevant Microsoft packages to model and develop a timetable that fully applies the OneSchool Global Timetable and Class Size Policies.
* Work proactively with the Regional Director of Education, Regional MD and Regional Director of Finance to analyse staffing efficiency and to recommend measures to improve regional and state staffing efficiencies, aligned with KPIs.
* Analyse and report data for: staffing requirements versus current staffing levels at Region and Campus level; teacher allocation percentage; class size and pupil subject choices.
* Ensure surplus FTE is identified, and a plan made to maximise staff deployment.
* Contribute to the maintenance of Staffing Establishment data.
* Communicate positively and effectively with Regional Principals, Regional Directors of T&L, Campus Principals to resolve timetabling challenges. The emphasis is on building positive rapport, whilst maintaining the integrity of the timetable and efficient operation of the school.
