The needs of our service users are at the centre of all we do every single day.You will work under the direction of the Chef to work together as a Catering Team to ensure that delicious home cooked meals are prepared and services to the ResidentsDuties Include Assist chef with food preparationIndependently prepare hot meals/sandwiches for residentsLoad and unload dishwasher, wash up equipment unsuitable for dishwasherClean kitchen and equipmentCollect and distribute crockery from/to the care floorsClear tea trolleys where applicableEmpty kitchen rubbish and keep areas clear of refuseMaintain a clean and hygienic environmentCarry out reasonable requests, as instructed by the Senior Chef/ChefEnsure that the nutritional needs of residents are metEnsure compliance with the Health & Safety Policy and RegulationsWe will provide you with full training.
