The Role
As a Tech and Infrastructure officer, you’ll:
● Work as part of the digital Team to provide exceptional customer service and
experience.
● Support, manage and maintain the core digital infrastructure for the Kingdom
Group. Provide a customer focused front-line support service and carry out
project work for core digital systems.
● Keep up to date with security vulnerabilities, monitor and review security
systems and take appropriate action.
● Ensure that we are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the
highest standard and take appropriate action.
You will provide a customer focused Digital support service to employees of the
Kingdom Group and support employees to maximise their use of digital services and
enable the development of great services within the business as digital advocates.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
● HNC level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
● At least two years relevant experience
● Experience of configuring and implementing new digital systems
● Knowledge and understanding of digital security
● Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting and resolution skills
● The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
● Analytical skills
● Organised with good attention to detail
