Our adult services programme is looking to expand our offering within our care packages in the West region. We are looking for a Full Time female support worker who is independent, adaptable and proactive to join our community team in Weymouth.
Due to the needs of the individual we support, we can only accept applications from female candidates. You must hold a Full UK Driving license and have access to your own vehicle to be suitable for this role.
You would be required to help support individuals in their own homes and participate in activities such as swimming, walking groups, day trips, and holidays. You would also be supporting people with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and medication routines.
You would be required to work shifts such as 07:00 - 16:00 and 14:00 - 22:00. You would work alternate weekends and do sleep-ins (sleep-ins receive an additional payment).
