As our In-Life IT Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Managing IT Service in Life (BAU)
2. Developing and enforcing IT SDM Policy
3. Vendor and Service Provider Management
4. Supporting IT tenders and projects
5. Driving Service Delivery Excellence
6. Driving Continuous Service Improvement
7. Providing regular reporting on service performance metrics and KPIs to senior management
8. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT service delivery and vendor management
