Administration (Personnel and Payroll) Assistant
Contract: Part time/Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week
Working weeks: 41 weeks (term time including inset days plus 2 weeks holiday working)
Payscale: Scale 4 Points 7-8
Salary: £24294-£24702 FTE (Actual Salary £17718.23-£18015.80 pa)
The Chelmsford Learning Partnership (CLP) is a multi-academy trust of 8 schools based in Chelmsford, Essex.
We are looking to recruit an Administration (Personnel and Payroll) Assistant to provide professional administrative support for the HR and Payroll functions within the CLP. This is a varied role covering the employee lifecycle process and supporting the day-to-day HR and payroll activity within the trust.
The successful candidate will:
* Have proven administrative and organisational skills
* Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
* Have outstanding written and numeracy skills
* IT capabilities in MS Office with ability to quickly learn other IT systems
* Be articulate with a confident manner
* Have a good sense of humour
* Be able to work on own initiative
* Understand the importance of confidentiality and GDPR
