Lead Generation Agent Salary of £22,950 Commission Scheme (OTE £7,800) Permanent Barlborough (Office Based) Full time - 37.5 Contracted hours per week Biffa is on the lookout for a Lead Generation Agent to win new business to achieve annual sales targets calculated on a weekly objective basis. The successful candidate will also support all customer enquiries with regards to waste services, utilising a consultative sales approach for both inbound and outbound calls. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure .Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service or sales environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful, but is not essential.
