KS4 SEN Teacher – Berkeley
An award-winning SEN school group is seeking a dedicated KS4 SEN Teacher to join their specialist team at their Berkeley site. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs, working within a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will plan and deliver an engaging and differentiated curriculum tailored to the needs of KS4 students with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, ADHD, and complex needs. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, they will create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students’ personal and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching and learning to KS4 students.
* Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
* Foster a supportive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic student development.
* Assess and monitor student progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to EHCP reviews.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, particularly at KS4.
* A strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and differentiated learning.
* Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to student well-being and development.

* This school group is unable to provide sponsorship; applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
* A full, enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
