Customer Service Operative - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

We are working on behalf of the client in recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team.
General Duties:
* Receiving inbound calls
* Resolving queries and complaints
* Excel skills
* IT literate
* Updating spreadsheets
Pay and Hours:
* £11.90 to £12.78
* Your hourly rate is dependent on how many years of customer service experience you have, and if you have worked in a call centre environment previously.
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 to 17:30
* 33 days holiday per year
Located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the behind-the-scenes of their top products.
As part of our close-knit team, you'll be the friendly face behind all things golf-related, providing support to their trade partners with order processing, tackling their queries, and problem-solving.
You will also be focused, have the ability to cope under pressure, ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as help drive continuous improvement.
