As a Customer Consultant, you will be the person most customers interact with first, either face to face, via the telephone, or online. You’ll identify and assist their financial requirements, passing them on to expert colleagues when necessary. We are dedicated to developing your skills and experience to provide a standout customer experience, making our customers feel welcomed and supported.
Welsh speaking is preferred for this role.
